Co-founders and Facilitatorsof TLC RetreatsLiza Vitiello, LMHC and Constance Stegall, LMFT, are the founders and principals of TLC Retreats. Both are Licensed Psychotherapists who integrate wisdom and tools grounded in contemporary psychological development and spiritual practices to release the power within you.
Liza is an esteemed and sought after Mental Health Counselor who enjoys working with individuals who are on a path towards self actualization and living a purposeful life. Liza is the founder and principal owner of Associates in Counseling & Hypnotherapy, LLC in Ft. Myers Florida.
Constance is a well respected and sought after Marriage and Family Therapist who helps to inspire and provoke your own personal power within. Constance is the founder and principal owner of Center for Life Transitions, PA in Cape Coral, Florida.
Their mission is to inspire, enhance, and to bring awareness to that which is best within us all, to honor the True Nature of the human spirit, and to support others in recognizing their power to realize amazing results in life, in work, and as leaders.
