Stegall, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is the owner of "Center for Life Transitions".  Constance’s vision for her center is to provide individuals, families and people in the community with tools and techniques to enrich their lives.   She is dedicated to helping clients find relief and build the inner courage and strength to solve problems and engage in their lives fully and completely.  Her ultimate goal is to help you grow in self-understanding, so that you can better cope with your immediate situation and with future decisions.

Constance feels that many people struggle with issues in their lives and can benefit from meeting with a trained professional.  Most problems can be solved with proper help and early treatment, which keeps small problems from becoming large ones that then seem unsolvable.  

She helps clients identify problems and aid them in working towards a solution. She believes that each individual is unique, regardless if the issues are the same.  Constance provides an eclectic approach to therapy matching each individual’s needs with a specific therapeutic approach.  Modern therapies are utilized to meet specific needs of her clients through personalized care and specialized services.
